Drugging the Undruggable

We are pursuing the discovery of first-in-class small molecule drugs against undrugged targets, including transcription factors that are implicated in cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Our Vision

Our vision is to unlock the most challenging drug targets and discover transformative medicines that bring new hope to patients through bold science, powerful technology, and relentless innovation.

Proven Discovery Approach

We know what it takes to drug the undruggable. A co-founder of Photo51 Bio co-invented an FDA-approved drug against a prior undrugged target called KRAS. At Photo51 Bio, we have built a powerful drug discovery engine that combines proprietary structural biology, computational modelling and medicinal chemistry to accelerate the discovery of potent, selective small molecule drugs against undrugged targets.

Revolutionary Milestones Ahead

We recently made a breakthrough discovery that unlocks an opportunity to drug a currently undruggable target implicated in a wide range of diseases, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Watch this space.

What Inspired Our Company Name?

Historical Photo 51 DNA X-ray diffraction image

In 1952, pioneering British scientist Rosalind Franklin helped bring the structure of life into focus with a photograph that revealed the double helix structure of DNA. The photograph was named Photo 51 and inspired the name for our company, Photo51 Bio, Inc.
